Modern jazz stuff
This shit´s pretty awesome! Niiice!
A really - let´s say - contemporary drum sound that I really like, a great percussive upright bass that - I´m sorry - rocks and a real master in jazz guitar! They do great modern jazz stuff, melodic, soft, also energetic and they have brains!
I´m definitely turned on!
The other videos you find of this Italian jazz guy are a lil bit lame. Only this one song is efffing rad!!

Damn, what a great drummer he was...
Check out Jerry Fuchs of Maserati!
Just one great musician more who tragically died much too early - in this case he tried to get out off a stuck elevator but fell 5 floors. He died in the hospital.
Even though this sounds cliché, he will be missed!

BGH about uncoded w-lan
I was really excited about todays court decision in Karlsruhe in a case where this dickhead Moses Pelham and Pelham Power Ppppprrroductions brought a charge of copyright infringement against some poor guy who was verifiable on holidays when someone offered a song which Pelham has copyright of through the unsafed w-lan connection of this poor dude.
FINAL JUDGEMENT: you can´t be prosecuted being someone whose connection was - let´s say- abused.
BUT: you need to encode your w-lan connection and your router (with wpa or wpa2) or you will get admonished or prosecuted!
We´ll see what consequences this decision will have on w-lan networks like Freifunk and Fon; and of course on free w-lan offered in so many places.

Hey, there! I just updated some settings, now it should be easier for you to comment posts! I also added a last.fm-widget-thingy - it shows songs I´m listening to via...ehmm...last.fm!

Roosebear
Did you knew that teddybears are called TEDDYbears because of Teddy Roosevelt?
He once was on a hunt but didn´t make it to shoot a bear, so his buddies placed a tied cute little baby bear in front of him! But he was like FU and refused to shoot him! (One of his buddies killed the little cutie with a freaking knife...btw) Soon, people from all over America knew that he was such a pussy and even two russian immigrants made little "Teddy´s bears" for their shop in Brooklyn! And the rest is history...wait, this is the history!

There´s also more great stuff from this guy doing these films: MOTORPSYCHO! (already with the "better" new drummer - "better" because he is fucking AWESOME! After two and a half hours of banging and rocking to this band you don´t want them to stop, they do great live shows again!! ...not like these shows with that guy from 35007)
