H&M clothes get more expensive

At least that could be a possible headline in the near future.

But I don´t wanna say something against the convenience of western consumption. The terrible things hanging together with bad working conditions and child labour are happening so far away that I really don´t have a problem about giving a shit.

Maybe there´ll be a different actual headline like "New H&M line broaches current issues"!

Perdón, señor?

The funniest thing I saw since Sarah Silverman! It had been a long time since I cried because of laughing so hard:

Boycott it!

After a friend of mine told me this nice line: "Of all wonders of nature that exist in the world, the sky is the most astounding and therefore my favorite, because everybody can enjoy it wherever you are." I came to the decision to stop consuming this mainstream shit!

Join me111 I don´t know why and what for, but it doesn´t matter! Mainstream is always lame, isn´t it? No, seriously...isn´t it?

*Update: There are already the first messages from people all over the world expressing their sympathy! Check out their pics:

So, if you like to join me, get in touch!

Nelson Mandela

Happy Nelson Mandela Day, peps!

On the occasion of his 92nd (!!) birthday people especially in Joburg celebrate that day in the way that they get involved in a social project or the like for at least 67 minutes (one minute for every year Mandela was politically active).

If I only knew that before... I think it´s a great idea to do so here in Germany! Mandela would definitely be a person to respect and honor for his achievements!

Lol

The Knitting Factory

Must´ve been a great concert, back then in 1996!

The support act: IDAHO:

Click here or here to watch two more songs!

And now: the great LOW:

As well as two more songs!

Btw, if The Knitting Factory sounds familiar to you: yes, THE Knitting Factory! Or to be correct The Knitting Factories - beside the original in Brooklyn, there are nowadays Knits in Hollywood, Reno, Boise, Spokane (wherever that is). You may saw videos of e.g. Joan Of Arc playing in NY.

Happy Dealing

Self-Evident

Maybe I´ve already written about this band but now it´s a current occasion: the new video is very nice and fuck, yeah... the song is awesome! Here it is: Self-Evidents "The Past"!!

Sorry about the whole fucks, yeahs and awesomes! I think I give myself too much american-english vulgar stuff!

It´s better to burn out than to fade away

Joe Cocker managed to do both...

...young fucked up but soo freaking energetic version...
...more current version still fucked up but giving me the chills in a negative way...

They used to call me Anal Girl!

Today I watched a beautiful film called "(500) Days of Summer"! It´s a neat film about...wait I just read a review, a short review about this movie: Boy meets girl. Boy falls in love with the girl. Girl not!

Throughout the whole movie I found myself giggling like a girl, though, swooning over the female protagonist. Only had one period where the movie was too cheesy and girl-movie-ish. But it says that "this is not a love story, (but a story about love)". Nuff said!

I like the way the story is told, it´s not simple and straight-line. Just watch it! I also like the pictures and the director doing all this. Usually Marc Webb does music videos, like JEW´s "Work", but this one seems to be his debut!

Sorry, I would´ve really liked to show you a trailer but after seeing the movie all trailers I´ve found are lame!

The soundtrack should be very nice. Nice music thoughout the movie!
Check it out, have fun! Don´t be ashamed to transform into a giggling girl falling in love with even both main protagonist!
